Me – When last did I write a post?

Y’all – Oh you still exist?

Hii everyone🌻. How are y’all doing today on this lovely, lovely first of September🌚? Like damn, can we talk about how quickly this year is flying by? Or should we talk about how I disappeared for over a month? Forty one days to be exact. But who has been counting? Really, who’s been counting? Cause I have🙋‍♀️.

Sigh…. What explanation do I give y’all? Should I say that school got hella crazy – but why didn’t I let y’all know? Or should I say that I had no inspiration or motivation to write? But why couldn’t I let y’all know? I don’t know🤷‍♀️. I really don’t know why. But for a while, the idea of blogging just suffocated me (is that the right word to use🤔?) I just didn’t wanna blog. I had blog post ideas, had time here and there to write and I had internet connection. But there’s a difference between a blog post and a BLOG POST – if you know what I mean😉 (perhaps you don’t **cough**). I ain’t never gonna just post a blog post. It has got to be a BLOG POST with all of me poured into it. So yah, that’s all I’ve got for an explanation 🤷‍♀️.

But it’s a new month and as always, imma try again. Yep. And this time, I’ve kinda got a plan. So evey time I don’t have a blog post idea or time to write out a full post, I’ll post something on my WordPress story🎉. Cause, not gonna lie, I’ve been wanting to post something on my WP story for a while now – but what? We shall see.

Today (August 31 – by the way, this is a scheduled post) I just feel motivated to write and I hope that this motivation sticks around. Even if it’s not here all the time, I’m not gonna give up on my blog. I can’t 🧘.

I don’t have much planned for this month (blog wise). I just wanna get back in touch with all of you and be consistent🌞. I also wanna do another Q&A but later in the year (or maybe, God willingly, beginning of next year). But let’s first work on consistency🌻.

It’s the first of September y’all. So smile babe, you’ve made it to the ninth month of the year🎉. God woke you up today and he knows exactly what he has planned for you. Just wanna remind you that HE LOVES YOU💗. Yes you🌚✨.

I hope that you’re having (or will have) an absolutely amazing day💝. By the time you read this, I will (God willingly) be at school, either in art or drama class and I’m sure that I’ll be having an amazing day🌝.
